Sophia is a seasoned campaign professional with extensive political experience in campaign management and direct mail strategies. Her pivotal contributions included defending 14 Democratic seats across nine states with the Progressive Turnout Project, reflecting her deep commitment to progressive change. A dedicated advocate, yogi, and Chicago sports enthusiast, Sophia is driven to create impactful political transformations from grassroots to federal levels.

Geoffrey Bell

Geoffrey Bell brings over a decade of campaign experience at the federal, state, and local levels across the United States to his work at Navigate Campaigns. Before joining our team, he served as Regional Political Director for a major U.S. Senate campaign, Political Manager at the LGBTQ+ Victory Fund, and Field Director for a DCCC Frontline race. With a foundation in organizing and canvass management, Geoff thrives on the interpersonal aspects of electoral politics, from building relationships with key influencers to connecting with voters. Originally from California, he is an avid amateur sailor and an aspiring skier.
